Online: It has by far the worst and most restricted online of any console, it was designed around 7 year old kids.

Yet the avg age of Wii gamers is 29 and it the most wanted game system for people from the age 18-34. And it always on CNET most wanted tech each month.
As far has the games go say what you like but I have found more games on my Wii which I bought then on my 360. Even counting rents off of Gamefly their are still more Wii games I rent then 360 games.
I have read that a few times now in you're posts and I will first use the obligatory disclaimer and say to each his own.You are very much in the minority on that one and maybe the wife & kids have the most say in what is considered worthwhile gaming.
It is not to say you are fanboyish or anything but just seems so hard for me and I know others who read that line and just scratch our heads wondering how that could be the case unless like I said, the family type and party games appeal more to You, even when you have both the Wii & 360 to yourself..... which I guess I am assuming sometimes you do.
I was just searching the web on sites like BB, Circuit City & Wall-mart and at the time, Wall-mart has the Wii In Stock on-line but I just couldn't get myself to pull the trigger and started looking at the PS3 pricing & bundles but on-line, all only offer the 40 gig, no BC unit and I couldn't do that either but I am seeing myself ( wasn't the case for awhile now ) buying the PS3, if I can find one with BC, before I pick up a Wii.
Just my thoughts, so please take no offence.
No offence taken. You would be right I do enjoy the party games but not just with my family I have a number of friends who come over to play D&D. After were done for a day they enjoy playing many of the games on the Wii also even though I have a 360 to play games on also.
I have been gaming from the time I was 5 with a tandy color computer 1 playing Zexxon. I have owned almost every game system that ever came out from the NES up expect the PS3. I really enjoyed shooters when Doom, DN and Wolfenstein came out. But I feel over the years most shooters have lost what I loved about them, in all three of those games rather than just going around and killing everyone you could spend hours looking for hidden areas. I don't like games which focus on killing to much it not that I have anything agaist the game I just think it should be second to the other parts of the game. A gamer could get a lot more out of his games like those. But then again I want to do something about the way I feel games have gone. So I am going to school to become a video game programmer with the hopes that one day I will be able to do something about it. I have also started to do reviews for a local paper and will write about where I think some games have gone wrong and others right. Note my wife will review my reviews due to my poor grammer....LOL
