The Wii would be the king of FPS if there ever was multi-platform FPS that let you have online matches between all the consoles (i.e. PS3, 360, and Wii). Why? Because the people play the Wii version would absolutely tear apart the 360 and PS3 owners because there is no way in hell that someone using a standard gamepad could ever aim as precise and as quick as a someone playing with the Wii-mote. On the Wii you could headshot anybody you see in an instant. It sounds minor but I think once something like that happens, the Wii will get the tag of being the king of FPS.Zerostatic0
Just like trying to headshot someone with the sluggish Wiimote controls in Red Steel?
lol i'm sorry, but if you were to use a gun attachment for the wii version of far cry and red steel, you would still get pretty crappy games.

The problem really isnt within the Wiimote's accuracy but it's turning. Turning in an FPS should NOT be slow or responsive but in Red Steel's includes both of this. Also yes, it would be a a lot better if i was playing Red Steel with a standard gamepad

Red Steel just had problematic controls. Yes, in Red Steel quick turns are not really possible, but that relates to the game design and not to the hardware which this discussion is about. BTW, you may prefer a gamepad but so what? This thread isn't about what YOU prefer. You simply can aim a lot faster with the Wii-mote then you ever could with a gamepad, anybody who denies this either doesn't know how the wii-mote works or is a wii-hater. I mean for example in Zelda, there could be 5 different enemies off in the distance, they're still very small and appear on different areas of the screen and with the Wii-mote you can pick all 5 of them off in like 5 seconds. Not even a diehard FPS fan could do that with a gamepad.[QUOTE="Zerostatic0"][QUOTE="Zero_Fate_"][QUOTE="Zerostatic0"]The Wii would be the king of FPS if there ever was multi-platform FPS that let you have online matches between all the consoles (i.e. PS3, 360, and Wii).
