Wii not HD neither is Halo 3!

Doesn't Halo 3 run in 1080i? I thought so... Ghost if Halo 3 ran in 640. It's behind 6 gen... and that was PS2,Xbox,and gamecube... most of their games were in 720(Standard defition all most every tv has it). a few 420s but mostly 720.Hitamaru-homia

No, the ATSC defines the standards for high definition. 1280 x 720 is the lowest resolution defined by them as high definition.

It actually doesn't appear jagy on my TV... perhaps because I sit the recomended viewing distance away... perhaps I don't care. In any case those games look better but there is nothing bad about Zelda or Wii games on my TV.

Ok but please think about this. 1138X640 is a much higher resolution then 640X480 no matter how you try to spin it. Whether or not someone does or does not consider it HD does not change the huge pixel advantage H3 has over Wii games.

640p is HD. and it can be upscaled to 1080p. I fell sorry for those people that actually give a ****, since when does a games native res make it any less of a great game. i think pgr3 was also natively 640p. if no body mentioned this then would anyone even of noticed?

Halo 3 not HD? Wow, news to me. I find it wierd that a game like Halo would lack HD, and that no editor has mentioned anything about it in their reviews. Oh well, it still looks great w/o HD.16bitkevin

i think halo 3 is the first FPS this gen to come out in 640p . it doesnt look bad, but it doesnt look as good as COD4, UT3, Kz2, Masseffect and bioshock thoughghoulsandghost
