Although I also have a 360, I have absolutely zero interest in the GTA series. I fell for the hype and eventually picked up GTA:VC, and aside from the music, I didn't care for the game at all.
i'd definately like to try it, but i wouldn't really care if i didn't.
i never really bothered doing the missions in the other GTA's :P just running around being an idiot, using cheats and trying to cause traffic pile ups, parachuting off of buildings and doing pushbike jumps etc etc.
I'm interested. I've been playing GTA since the first one on PC, and while the switch to a 3D world is exactly what the game needed, Vice and San felt like expansion packs. I really want to see if this game justifies the use of "4" in the title by making some drastic changes.
Honestly though, I'm more interested in games like RE5, LBP, Ninja Gaiden 2 and next gen PoP. I guess I'll have to buy a second console eventually, probably a 360.
That's exactly the reason I don't own a second console yet. Bioshock, COD4, and Orange box are all awesome (even though Bioshock is a prettier, easier System Shock 2)... but I have 2/3 on PC. GTA 4 is not going to be the game that makes me give in and buy another console, it's really gonna take a game like RE5 that I can't live without.

I'd be interested, and would likely rent it if it were on the Wii, but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. I liked Vice City a lot, but that really has more to do with me living in the area where it pretty much takes place. The other 2 were just "okay" in my book. It certainly isn't a reason for me to get another console though.

I have had a lot of problems with 360 hardware so I buy multi plats on the PS3 unless the 360 version is way better, that is why I am getting Orange Box for the 360 and those great exclusives like Mass Effect.
But that has nothing to do with the fact that i'm a wii owner(hey, i also have a 360 and i'll be getting a ps3 in the near future). I just have never been impressed with the GTA games. I played GTA san andreas when it hit the xbox, i hated it(but i also really didn't like its theme). Before that, i played GTA 3 on the PC.. again, not my thing.

Uhhh, if I remember right the 360 version is still getting exclusive content. You'll probably have to pay for it but still.
though i have a 360, if i only had a wii i wouldnt care that much about GTA4. I mean i didnt care for san andreas and vice city when i only had a gamecube, so i assume i would be alright this time around.
I'm not interested in it at all. I had GTA3 and played it to death. I got GTA:VC(and still have it), beat it and I have never touched it since. Then I borrowed GTA:SA from a friend, I barely played it at all. My main problem with the series is that the missions are not fun at all imo. I only play them to unlock all of the world, then I just play around for hours. But now I'm just bored with the whole series.
Well I would like to try it. But I didnt like San Andreas so we'll see. I hope Rockstar releases a GTA2 kind of game on Wiiware. That would be awesome since 2 is my favorite alongside VC.
The series lost a lot of appeal with San Andreas in my opinion. This time before every mission I now have to go stop and eat a hamburger or my health drops to half midway through the same basic missions I played three games ago, just kind of did it in for me. Not to mention the game was buggy as all hell, controlled poorly, and looked drab and washed out. But all these things were forgiven since it was a NEW GTA.
The Commentary and dialouge was funniest in SA though.
Nope, it doesn't appeal to me. I never got into the GTA series. I even own a gaming PC and a 360 and I still have zero interest. Just not my type of game.
I dont know that i would. I have never been a GTA fan, never played it. if it came out and had good reviews i might check it. but since it would be released on all consoles, it would prob be a ps2 import + wii controls.

I never bought any of the previous GTA's for my PS2 because after playing it at my friends house, doing 2-3 missions and trying to get a high wanted level a few times, i got kinda bored.
i couldn't give a flying monkeys poop shoot about gta or indeed it's many incarnations and if it ever came to the wii i think i would consider cooking mama before that! i got my wii for something different, if i wanted those kind of games i would have kept my 360. i'm more excited about zack and wiki and de blob, not that any of you lot are bothered what i'm interested in but i shall say it any way
