Not that i agree with TC totally, the Wii has more than just mini-game collections out right now.

First of all would anyone care to explain what these consoles need to fulfill in order to "win"? Are we talking sales, number of titles, quality of library, etc? Personally I don't care WHO wins, all I care is whether I win.Mikazukinoyaiba

I'll give ya that the Wii is selling great and might win with sales this gen, but that it will have the BEST GAMES I will not give you that. If the Wii wins it will be because of the wiimote and the cheap price, not the games, when has nintendo ever put out more then 3-4 really good games in one gen, and when there games do, do good, there are always the same games, mario, zelda, and MP.

Everyone knows that the Xbox 360 and PS3 game line ups blow away anything the Wii will ever have, get over it.

RS was garbage. IMO, the best wii game so far is The Godfather. Truly uses the Wiimote/Nunchuk very well.

sorry to break to u sheep but the 360 and ps3 are winning. since they are video game game systems and they both have more aa and aaa titles they are winning. every time a new game is announced its nothing bit minigsames are a ps2 port with a little waggle.if mp3 turns out be casual trash im selling it and just play my 360, pc and ds. sheep are not even gameers their casuals now. bu bu bu grandma would u like to play lol.

That is one of the funniest things I have heard in a long time. Nintendo is still caught in the 1980's. Same characters in the same situations over and over and over and over......................... You must mean games ported from other gaming systems.

Not really,If you take out the ports,the games based on movies,mini-game collections the list of wii games worth playing isn't really long.

i am 100% convinced that that nintendo puts something in the wii box so when you open it up it messes with ur mind. because sheep dont stop ranting about how well its selling, it dosnt matter how its selling it matters how many GOOD games it is getting. and by the end of the year the ps3 is getting about 30, the 360 about 25, and the wii has about 10. (i counted mulitplat)

Most likely scenario:

Wii's hardware sales causing a surge of quick-buck schemes, poor ports and sequels. Look for Mario Party 9 and 10, Raving Rabbits 3 and 4 soon. EA not working much harder than making simple casual games, like Boogie, Wii Playground (:lol:) and Sims Wii. EA makes for Xbox 360/PS3 more deeper/older games, like Army of Two, SSX4, Skate, Burnout, etc...

Midway makes for Wii Mortal Kombat, a port of PS2 game. Midway makes for Xbox 360/PS3: a brand new Mortal Kombat game with a new engine. Makes Stranglehold, Area 51, etc...

As casuals increase every year, demand for cheaper ports rise higher. No sense taking a long time, taking a risk, and losing potential sales on a 3-year project. Hence why Call of Duty 4 is only for Xbox 360/PS3 :lol:

The worst case scenario is a repeat of the Gamecube era. Left out of the bigger gang, the Wii watches as Xbox 360/PS3 gets more games than they do. This could very likely be the scanerio, as it's happening now on a dawning scale. The sheep be warned.

In my opinion all 3 consoles will end up being successful and they will all have great game libraries.

^DuDisNow do you really believe that when all the Wii's big guns are coming out in the fall,not to mention Dragon Quest in Japan which will make the Wii sell even more over there.

More than 3-4 good games that weren't Mario, Zelda, and Metroid?

NES - Kirby, Kid Icarus, Earthbound, Punch Out, Mach Rider, Fire Emblem, Star Tropics

SNES - F-Zero, Star Fox, Donkey Kong Country, Fire Emblem, Super Punch Out, Kirby

N64 - Killer Instinct Gold, GoldenEye 007, Cruisin'n USA, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, 1080 Snowboarding

GC - Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Eternal Darkness, Battalion Wars, Fire Emblem, Baiten Kaitos Origins

These are just a small selection of games that Nintendo has published each generation. In fact, with all of these games behind its history and now with 3rd party support, they have the best chance of having a better game lineup than the 360 and PS3.
