Wii Worth It??

Since Xmas is coming up, i was thinking about getting a wii. I was just wondering if it would be worth it, also, are there any other good titles coming out for the wii, and not just movie games?

Anyways, if i dont get a wii, i might just get rockband2 or gwt, i cant decide on which i should get lol..

It really matters what style you like. I have a WII and a really nice PC that I use for all my pretty FPS games and such.

The WII has lately been a bit of a dissapointment. I like it for its VC downloads and WiiWare games. World of GOo is amazing. However, I don't dig nintendos cartooney cuteness nor Japanese 60 hour magical unicorn adventures.

The Wii is a very cool system. There are some GREAT games on it. Lately i've been bored but its worth it I would say for some games like:

No More Heroes

Mario Galaxy

RE4

and the fun you can have with other nongamers when they come over.

No. There are many more games for 2009 than this. The Conduit, Monster Hunter 3, Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga, Deadly Creatures, Mad World, Tenchu 4: Shadow Assasin, Fatal Frame 4, Cursed Mountain, Overlord: Dark Legend, Sin and Punishment 2, Dead Rising, Final Fantasy: The Crystal Bearer, Kizuna, Sky Crawlers, Red Steel 2, Capcom VS Tatsunoko, Tales of (not sure what the exact title is), and more. Tons of good stuff comming.

These are really great lists, i think im getting more into it. Did i see Dead rising in that list? The game from 360? Flaming_Smoke
