PCWii. Best of both worlds. Most graphically intense and technical games complimented by the most unique gaming experience that can be had on a console.

And you already got an HD display, which will give you the option of playing on the big screen, or getting up close and personal with a monitor.

that is true, but i already own a pc, a sony computer at that. i do play computer games ( rise of nations counter strike) because the gameplay they offer is unique and thats cool. only problem is my computer is made more for sound editing, and i cant play games that are to graphicly powerful on my system. i plan to buy a new computer when i see how this vista competes with the mac.

Any computer can be a gaming computer. Once you get a nice video card in that rig, you're usually good to go. Everything else can fall into place from there.

wii60. You want the intense online. Its 360 and xbox live. especially if u like shooters. If u like certain PC genres and games, but dont wanna spend money on a PC, a 360 is a great substitute. Throw in games Like Mass Effect, Too Human, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, Banjo 3, Fable 2, Forza 2, other good 1st/2nd/3rd party exclusives and what not. Then multiplats like Bioshock, DMC 4, GTA 4, Assassins Creed, Unreal Tournament 3, other pc games that go on 360, etc. Yeah the 360 has a great variety of games and the best console online.
IF u prefer games like Uncharted, Ratchet, Lair, heavenly Sword, Future Team ico games, Socom, God of War, MGS 4, FF 13, etc games. and dont mind giving up alot of online content. than the PSN should be good for just playing games online.
Overall id say 360 since u like online, which generally means u like shooter style games. IF u like the PS3 exclusives more go with PS3.

It depends on a few things. How interested are you in the PS3 and 360 exclusives? Enough to buy one of them? Have you taken a look at prices of computer parts and related them to your gaming budget?

I myself would suggest waiting until at least the end of the summer. Prices of DX10 compatible PC hardware will drop, the 360 may have its hardware reliability issues fixed and more official release dates on PS3 may be abound. As long as you have enough stuff to get you through the summer of course. :P

Well no one wants to get just a 2nd place console.

Wii is all you really need, but PC Wii is good too.

I highly doubt that, I imagine only a select few will only have a Wii as their only console and even then half of them will probaly have a decent computer with at least a gf6 as their their video card, If not i feel very sorry for you.

Whichever one that has more games you want. What I think are good looking titles for PS3/360:

PS3: Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, GT5, MGSIV, FFXIII, GTAIV, GOW3.
360: Halo 3, Banjo 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Alan Wake, GTAIV.

There's plenty of good games for each system. My personal preference would be the PS3 though.

Yeah, hardware reliability issues, and a $599 price tag. Truely the best of both worlds.

I sadly have the wii60 combo, not a good decision. Any combo involving the wii is not a good decision. I will continue to stand by my words that the Wii is the most uninovative console possibly ever. The wii has made almost no progress from the gamecube, and if you want to play old school games you can play them all on an xbox. The wii is just garbage, I hate mine with a passion. My wii60 combo will be changing to a ps3 360 combo as soon as sony gets some games out. The wii is over priced, has a horrible game library, and extremely weak hardware.

Here's some advice, sell your Wii, you can still make a profit even if it's used.

Personally, i'd recomend PCWii, or Wii60. Just make sure you get a waranty with your 360 if you go with that.

I got a 360 at launch along with a best buy warranty. My launch console lasted a few days under a year, and my current one has been perfect. I am already planning on trading in or selling my wii and getting a ps3, but I am waiting for ps3 to come out with some games. PC games look great, but in the past I could just never get into the mouse keyboard thing, and I like getting a console and not having to worry about upgrades or anything at all for a good 6 years or so. I might try pc again though, the games do look very good.

Actually, If i were you i would wait untill the end of the year before selling it. I wasnt thinking enough when i last posted. MP3 and Brawl have both been confirmed to be comng out this year. I suggest you wait and see if those two games can change your opinion of the wii. If not maybe you should sell it. I'd also wait for a price drop for the ps3, but thats just me

Interesting answer and so true.

And I used to agree with that because most worthy Xbox Titles were PC as well.

However, since I purchased a 360 I'd have to say the PC just isn't enough anymore (although the games for it are great).

Wii60. Great controller + great graphics/online, all for the same price as a PS3.  I mean, to me at least, its pretty cut and dry.

a wii is a good portal to console gaming if youre a pc player, and only that. thanks to he controller on the wii, you basically can get a similar mouse control on a console. i think most hermits would go wii for there second gaming source.

me personally. i cant really pic between wii60 or pswii. all i know is theres going to be a wii in the mix. wii is my first console of choice, while either ps3 or xbox360 is my second.

who said the wii has to be the second

PCWii! Throw in a DS if you can, if you don't want those. Wii60 is for j00.
