imo... it's good, the more options the better, and besides its not like you're forced to buy them.

But I'd love to play through MP again with Corruptions control scheme.

Based on what I have seen the Wii produce. I am expecting a graphics downgrade. There is no proof this gen that the Wii is more powerful than the Gamecube and there is no way it has produced ANYTHING as good as Riddick on the original Xbox.

Yes it does.

You can already play the games on your wii - they're gamecube games. Paying for them again as "wii" titles is silly.

That's Square's fault. It's up to square to port FFVII.

Sony has lots of PS1 games up for PSN download ... in Japan. For some reason Xenogears, Biohazard 2, etc haven't been uploaded to the American PSN.

Generally you would release them to a system that couldn't play them before.

How many people interested in these ports actually PLAYED the last gen versions? It doesn't matter if other versions can be played on the console when the people who do this aren't the ones Nintendo is tryiing to target.

Yeah, I definitely don't care for them but its not an entirely bad thing. If it gets people more interested in games like pikmin and metroid, I won't really pick a side, its not great but, not particularly bad either.

Pros = Good for those who HAVEN'T played the first two MP series

Cons = waste of money for those MP veterans who've been there, done that. And you can play them perfectly on the Wii.
