I think it's safe to say: When Kotor 3 hits the street, it'll play best with Kinect.
J/K but this I must say this seems pretty cool.

Microsoft Promises Kinect Support for XNA "in the Future"
"There's no Kinect support through XNA today, but that is something that we will support in the future," Kipman said (via Gamasutra). What's obviously missing here is a timeframe for when this support will be made available, but for now we'll just have to settle for the knowledge that it is indeed coming eventually. Of course, a lot of indie programmers out there haven't waited for XNA support to use Kinect for their own designs. And if you happen to be the sort of person to use Kinect to make a real-time lightsaber, here's more good news: Microsoft won't be taking legal action against you. "I get YouTube videos on an hourly basis of people doing cool, neat, creative experiences based on using Kinect on PC," Kipman said. And when asked whether these people would "get in trouble" for using Kinect to develop their own experiences, Kipman answered, "No, absolutely not." You know what that means, world's contingent of awesome Kinect modders: Someone needs to build a way to use Kinect to make it look like you can shoot webbing like Spider-Man. ...What, only Star Wars fans get to have all the fun?
Kinect offers a lot of interesting and inventive game development possibilities on the Xbox 360, and it looks like those are possibilities that'll soon be open to independent game developers, too. Speaking to NPR's Talk of the Nation, Kinect director Alex Kipman promised Microsoft's XNA toolset will eventually support their full-body motion controller.
