Agent has been in development since before 2008. I went to SOE HQ for a preview of the game during Comic-Con 2008. It's pretty much vaporware right now.
I feel it may be going the way L.A. Niore did. It might be going to the xbox.

No sony had a choice of la noire or agent exclusivity, tjank god they chose agent. La noire suckedJack Tretton is no longer sure it is a ps3 exclusive anymore. The writing is on the wall.

I know it was in development before it was annoucned. We have seen many long development cycles so I wouldn't call a game vaporware just becasue it is off the radar for a two years. What did you see anyway?
Edit: Fianl Fantasy Versus 13 was announced in 2006 or 2007 and we weren't supposed to see gameplay of it. We have seen practically nothing of it and it is stiill supposed to come out.

It was being developed by SOE and was canceled a while back. The TC is refering to Agent, a PS3 exclusive by Rockstar.
That's how Rockstar works. The project for Red Dead Redemption started in 2006, and it wasn't marketed strongly until a couple of months before its release. L.A. Noire wasn't too different. Max Payne 3 was announced two years ago and we haven't seen anything besides a couple of screens. Agent will come out evetually.
