At the least 360/PC exclusive, since MS owns the rights to the Gears franchise. I'd be willing to bet on MS's tried and true 360 first, then PC 1 year later method.

Because of publishing laws MS owns the rights to the title "Gears of War", as well as the characters, "story", settingand any other IP's in the game, or at least that's my understanding.
I know that Gears 2 will be exclusive but no word has been said about a sequel yet or has there?

Do you really need it to be confirmed? The games sold3 million copies last I heard, and that was at least 6 months ago. Unless Shane Kim undergoes some sort of major head trauma, Gears 2 is coming out.

yep. however I kinda doubt that Halo 3 is going to be ported any time soon. The game just has that "this-game-can't-be-ported-over-easily" vibe to it. It really feels like Bungie designed the game for the 360. I mean, a port of some kind is probably inevitable but not in its current state, and certainly not for a good amount of time.
Yeah it will because of contracts. But really it seems Epic has no problem with multiplats and anything else they do is gonna be that. There was even mention of them doing a similar kind of game as a PS3 exclusive.
