Will GTA4 kill the Wii once and for all?

When GTA4 is released will anyone even want to touch a Wii? My prediction is that GTA4 will force people to by a 360 or PS3 thus leaving the Wii to collect dust on shelves.

..... Oh wait I forgot about Brawl, that should kill GTA4:D.....:|....:roll:

Edit: Maybe I'm exaggerating by using the word "kill", What I'm trying to say is that GTA4 will make the Wii less mainstream/popular and slow down it's sales.

Actually, casuals tend to gravitate to GTA and WiiSports.

Halo 3, Gears, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Call of Duty 4 and Bioshock couldn't kill Wii.

So why would GTA4?

what I think GTA4 will do is really help sell a lot more PS3s. It will be $400 and I see a high attachment rate for it.

Apart from SSBB, Mario Kart and Nintendo's other 2008 games, Wii fit will be the game that will pushup the sales of Wii to a new height. So dont think that GTA 4, which is popular mostly in USA is going to kill a console that is impossible to find on a worldwide scale even after a year its been launched.

so yes as it has always been, you guys keep thinking that one game is going to destroy a console, which has already surpassed the sales and popularity of the 360 within 1 year.

It will hurt Wii in an indirect way. When GTA4 sells millions of copies on Xbox 360 and PS3, this makes Rockstar very happy. They will continue to support Microsoft and Sony more than Nintendo. Judging by the 12 copies Rockstar Table Tennis and Manhunt 2 sold, Rockstar is not going to go back to Nintendo anymore.
