Will Halo 3 R be budget price?

It's supposed to be an expansion, so I doubt it will be the same campaign length of Halo 3. I'm expecting a budget price on this.

It better be...but stuff like that happenes a lot. GH: aerosmith is an example of an expansion pack costing twice as much as it should.

Halo 3: Recon being full priced isn't out of the question, though. I just think it's unlikely.
