What are you talking about? The Conduit will be more innovative and have better graphics than Resistance 2.DivergeUnify
just take it back before you look like a fool. i know you probaly hate the ps3 but your just talking dumb now.
[QUOTE="Son_of_Some"][QUOTE="mstc_Q"][QUOTE="ineedmoney555"]depends on why you regret the wiimstc_Q
Because Nintendo Games are only good the first time you play them?
Because they haven't changed since the N64 era?
And because the Wii pretty much only has first part Nintendo games to speak of (anything else is a port.)
Well yeah. Ignorant fanboys seldom enjoy games.
Ignorant?
I own the wii
I was excited about it.
But gradually that excitement subsided as I started actually playing the games.
It really has been a disapointing generation so far for me. This is coming from someone who's been gaming since games were 4-bit.
Calling someone ignorant because of thier opinion is asinine.
But I also find it hard to believe that you can tell me with a straight face that Nintendo games are incredibly diverse and innovative either.
"Nintendo games are only good the first time you play them" "They haven't changed since the N64 era."
Those aren't ignorant statements to you?
And yes, Nintendo games are incredibly diverse and innovative. Compare Metroid Prime to Halo, or Mario Galaxy to R&C and you see it very clearly.

Ignorant is a strong word for someone who's actually played the new games. Exaggeration might be a better term.
Mario 64 = Mario Galaxy - there are only a few changes in the core gameplay - sure you can fly around in a bee suit in one, but essentially it's the same game.
Zelda OOT = Zelda TP - It might be a claw shot now , and Zelda might be the one shooting the light arrow, but as for challenge and mechanics, it's too similar to make it decent.
Metriod Prime still doesn't have strafing aside from easy mode auto targeting (not that I like Halo)
And R&C is a completely different game - one that is turning into the Mario Series btw, for not changing much - but even with that said, Ratchet adn Clank the original is completely different from Up your Arsonal whereas one is more like a crash bandicoot game with big guns and the other is more like a third person shooter - which even sports an online mode if you care.
And, again, calling someone ignorant for thier opinion is asinine. "Nintendo games are only good the first time you play them" is an opinion, not an ignorant statement. I've tried playing various games more than once, but I can't get into them the second time, because it's only remotely challenging the first time - and there isn't exactly an involving storyline to keep me going unlike, say, Metal Gear Solid, or Xenogears. (Don't even try to bring up Zelda on this one.)
I won't want to play Mario Galaxy again, nor will I want to play Metroid Prime again (Too much backtracking... WAY too much.) There just isn't enough there to keep me mentally stimulated after I've solved it once.
I am a PC gamer and pretty much skipped last gen because of PC. I thought LONG and hard about which console I wanted and decided on the PS3. I am so happy I got one. I have plenty of good games to play (got 7 the day I bought it), a reliable system, plays HD movies, has a HDD standard, and has those next gen graphics, physics, and A.I. the Wii is missing.I regret every penny spent on the Wii.
Will I regret the PS3? (I'm also a big MGS fan)

[QUOTE="suitmypants"]You wont regret it.
Free Online. check
WiFi built in. check
Wireless controllers that require no batteries? check
Great Games? check
The PS3 has GREAT games like all systems do. It has a great online with people that do use microphones (though not all do) but youre guarenteed to find people in every server that has one.

I knew about the free online thing - XBL basically costs me one game every year, or 5 if I'm downloading them.
But Wifi built in? How convenient!
The controllers are rechargable? Geeze, Nintendo needs to take a hint from them.
Yeah, I think I'm convinced, now I just need to find an 80GB one so I can have reverse compatibility...
360 has rechargeable controllers as well.
Keep your Wii and buy yourself an xbox 360 with the price cut and all. All the upcoming good games are on 360. PS3 is an overhyped machine with future promises. Nothing more.
