LIke everybody is saying up here, I'm sure they will. I don't really know how soon though, since they've made, and are still making so much $$ off of it. Why bring a new one in while the current one is still selling? I believe the sales for the Wii are slowing down, but I think that will pick up around the holidays, as will the other two consoles. A HD Wii would be nice, but that would be a mirror of the Playstation Move.

negative comments , ? it received good feedback there wasmore possitive coments then negative and yes, they will improve upon what negative was said ,and so far the only complaints ive heard are ---poor online , , which is true and because it is ther first actual attempt at it all other complaintsare only based off pure fanboyism such as childrens toy / i hate motion control , etc and with sales figueres north that of ther first consol what makes you think they wont, if they made a console that only sold 24 thousand and still came back and stroke like lightning with wii what makes byou believe they will not improve nintendos a good company , theyve already proven they can come back from devastating sales, and if ne thing theycan only get better the wii is far from finished, this year was the turning point . besides 2007 and 9 , , wii has never seen this strong support wi th classic franchises nintendo will improve upon what needs to be improved upon , theyve done it time and time again , to prove you id like you to look at the number of games released for the n64 to that of the gc and wii they were trying to get more gamers in the door at the same time get more respec from the developers , remember square did not even want to touch nintendo after n64 , rockstar hasnt developed for nintendo since smugglers run but look at them now 2 big developers in the industry publishing ther games for nintendo more so then other consoles sure wii doesnt have a gta yet, but it has other games like it , from the same developer another thing , , they are makin profit off their wii alone soya um , it is nintendos most succesful console both for the number available software from a number of developers who wont even touch a 360 or ps3, along withnintendos first ever online console first ever console to recieve over 70 million sales and i thnk its the first nintendo console that gave nintendo possitive profit on the console alone ,before they had to profit off games and acessories why stop because haters hate, they will always hate] no matter what thecompany does, they are just haters/fanboys
I know this is system wars but still, people are going really over board with sarcasim here. Of course Nintendo will make another system after the Wii, it has seen more success than the N64 and Gamecube and it will continue selling. Expect some hints about it at next years E3 (though not officially announced).

After it was purchased by who? A lot of us love the games that came out for it and continue to come out for it. No one the high quality of first party titles like Nintendo does.
And the casuals are eating this console up. Over 76 million sold. So unless Nintendo hates money, they will make another console.

Because people said it was a failure. People in System Wars, to be clear. Nintendo listened to the SW community and cancelled all production on the wii and its next gen console. Thanks a lot system wars!! First sega, now nintendo!! :cry:
I don't see the need to rush one, after all they have quite an install base and now all they need is more successful 1st party titles for those people to buy, however they seem to have their own teams tied up making DS games than ones for the Wii
