It's selling like hotcakes and doesn't show signs of stopping. Sure the 360 is still selling quite well, but do you think the Wii will be the dominant console this generation? I think it will, but again it's attracting the younger audience. The older and more hardcore gamers go for the 360, PS3 is too expensive.Â
Since you already have a 360, there's no need to get a PS3 since most of the games on the PS3 are on the 360. I'd say you go with the Wii since it has it's own share of exclusives.
I posted this topic, but then it said a topic with the same name already existed, so I just changed it VERY LITTLE and when I go to the front page, it turns out that BOTH were posted. Only this one should have been posted, so I just edited this one.
It's not really a question of the Wii beating the 360, but more a matter of if the two systems end up co-existing alongside each other. It could be a close race in the end, and we haven't seen anything like that since the SNES and Genesis days.

Yeah, because when I posted it the first time, it said make another one there's already one with the same name, and both of them posted so I didn't want to have 2, so I just thought of a random topic. I have another topic just like this somewhere here. The other one shouldn't have posted before.
Wii should win this gen sales wise. Capturing the nongamers is what is giving them the impressive sales numbers. As long as 360 and PS3 compete for the same market, they will not be able to catch the Wii. No way it's going to even be close like some people are hoping.
