I want it so bad.

From what i hear there are still WOW expansions to come. So i doubt it for a while. Besides what makes you think the game will be good after Diablo 3? Same question i ask those who want battlefront 3. The last Star Wars games have been terrible the name won't make a game good.
They have two more WoW expansions planned, so after that. The StarCraft II team would probably do a very good job with WarCraft IV.From what i hear there are still WOW expansions to come. Since we are talking about RTS games do people think SC2 was ruined?
Only if you hate good RTSes. In all honesty, the only game Blizzard "ruined" is Diablo III, and they're taking huge steps to fix it.A Warcraft 4 would have a hard time to co-exist with WoW, since both games would be progressing the lore. Either WoW needs to stop being updated, or Warcraft 4 must use an entirely different timeline. I'd personally like to see Warcraft 1 remade.
Also, Blizzard probably doesn't like to compete with themselves with Warcraft and Starcraft. We need both WoW and Starcraft dead to see a Warcraft 4, which may take a while :(

Oh, boy, here we go again.whole warcraft story is now ruined due to WoW. There's no more point playing Warcraft IV.

Blizzard has sucked for awhile now, they just don't release games every year so the decline is less obvious. However if you played WoW through several expansions their rising level of suck is quite apparent.Warcraft 4 would likely just cannibalize sales of Starcraft II right now. While I'm sure WoW is a part of it, I doubt we'll hear about Warcraft 4 before Legacy of the Void is out. Also, lol at everyone thinking Blizzard sucks now after one misstep.

Its the truth though?
W3:FT ended nicely with Arthas sitting on the throne.
Warcraft IV should be the siege to oust him out of that chair.
Or you'd rather see Horde vs. Alliance in Panda Land?

Arthas was never the be all end all of WarCraft and anyone who thinks he was was not paying attention. The endgame was, is, and always has been about The Burning Legion.
Warcraft died when WORLD of Warcraft came out.
Face it there will be no RTS Warcraft game ever again. Just Expansions of a game that came out in 2004.
I don't think it's impossible once WoW gets phased out. But we'll see.Warcraft died when WORLD of Warcraft came out.

Perhaps, but it dephends on what blizzard feels like doing. They could always make Warcraft 4 a side-story, a story in a split timeline, or a prequel to previous warcraft games.
And yes, WarCraft's real nemesis is the burning legion, Arthas is nothing compared to them. And thank goodness Arthas is gone, that guy is probably my least favorite blizzard villain.
I wouldn't be opposed to them pretending WoW didn't exist or just continuing the continuity with a new cast of characters years later or whatever. And finally, someone else who gets it. Arthas was a clown.Perhaps, but it dephends on what blizzard feels like doing. They could always make Warcraft 4 a side-story, a story in a split timeline, or a prequel to previous warcraft games.

Yeah, Blizzard could easily make a Warcraft 4 happen, one way or another. I dont get why people say that Warcraft RTS are dead because of WoW.
I remember playing WC3 and found myself disliking Arthas fast. Asking myself "What the **** is his problem", "how the hell did he become a paladin" and "so when is he gonna turn evil". I did like Illidan though.

Blab blah blah Blizzard is terrible WoW ruined everything, etc. Yeah, he was never a very good character. Illidan was far more interesting. At least he tried to do the right thing a lot of the time. Arthas just made stupid decision after stupid decision. Why am I supposed to care about this @sshole again?I don't know if Warcraft 4 would make sense anymore.
I mean World of Warcraft kinda became "it" for the Warcraft series, and has its own series of books, but WoW lore is so..........not right.
It's all backwards.
The only way to make a proper Warcraft 4 would be to forget that WoW ever existed, but I don't think Blizzard, or the fans can do that.
I enjoyed WCIII but I don't like "traditional" RTS games to be honest.
I much prefer the turn-based ones.
