This series has given the most intrigue than any other series out right now. All the hidden symbols and plot devices at the end of the first game made the ending of Assassin's Creed one of the most memorable of all time. I've never seen a game spark a conspiracy theory before. I'll buy the second one just to try and answer some of the questions left by the first. And Italy seems cool too...

First one had great potential with excellent graphics and fluid free running, but the missions got boring and repetitive fast. If they change the missions up, absolutely.

Since they are no longer taking pre-orders on MW2(thank god my friend did his, so I still get to play), I will try to swing a day 1 purchase. Looks better than the first one in every single way. But Dragon Age is sucking up a lot of my time...

Nah. The first Assassin's Creed was fun enough, but it's non-ending put me off of buying any sequels. Same with the new Prince of Persia.

Yes I definitely will be. I quite enjoyed the first game (despite its repetitive nature) and the new one seems to have greatly improved.

Most likely, this one seems to be improved so much from the first one variety wise. But is it just me or do the graphics look a tad worse? It could just be because AC was one of my first next gen games and I imagine it looking much better than it was but it seems to me that AC2 looks worse.

i think they will fix a lot of the problems with repetition in 2. SInce the core gameplay from 1 was just amazing. If they simply made it more varied and created a world as amazing as the first one i would be very happy.

Thank you. I was beginning to feel alone, here. The first started and looked great, but got so boring I couldn't, and still haven't finished it. I'll wait on AC2.
