Who won E3 in your opinion?

I havent caught up with all the Nintendo stuff yet, but so far Sony.
The biggest win for me though is MGS5. Â Game looks great! Â First time in a long time I've been hyped for MGS.
Its a toughie out of those three...
Sonys was awful and all they did was diss Microsoft, announce a $399 price, and have very few noteworthy games shown aside from several multiplats (KH3 and FFXV are probably going to be average at best imo and one of them isn't even exclusive iirc). Oh and the beginning was the dullest in E3. The funny thing is its because of that price and reassurance of having titles coming and not having any funny business so far that made it worthwhile. Oh and I like RPG's and supernatural adventure games so they kind of did some justice there.
Microsofts was much better than Sony's, but all they did was show games that weren't necessarily for me. Lots of action and shooters, very little else. Oh and not addressing all that other stuff people are freaking out about. Would have made for a good break in the monotony. Still they showed some solid looking games and the best features for their console imo.
Nintendo showed the best games imo and they were underwhelming too. Too safe though overall which was a real letdown.
Based on that, I would probably give the edge to Microsoft or closely Nintendo. Sony is far off my radar on winner, but is definitely going to be my next console due to lower price and RPG/Adventure games. Weird how that works huh?
9.5/10 for Microsoft's conference, deducting 0.5 for the lack of Microsoft Kinect
4.5/10 for sony. too much emphasis on tv and music and no games were shown
I love how Sony only shows clips of games and never do live demos, probably because all they do is tell you how great they are, never show you how great they aremrsniper83Did you not see their conference?
Sony's conference really was terrible until the very end.
The Order was the only exclusive that they showed that I'm even remotely interested in.
Microsoft needed to prove themselves after a horrible start after Xbox One's announcement. Show games that are worth upgrading to Xbox One, to prove it's really this powerful machine which will lead to the future of gaming, like they were claiming it to be. And try making the console itself more appealing. Admittedly, the games they showed off seemed pretty fun in their own way, but in the end Microsoft failed to do what they needed to.
Sony needed to show that they could be better than Microsoft in bringing this high-tech console, with none (or very few) of the problems that Xbox One had, while also showing off enough of a variety of games, which showed off what the machine could bring to the next-gen table. For the most part, they succeeded. They showed (very clearly) that they won't be doing the same BS that Microsoft is doing, and their games seemed pretty varied overall. Of course, some of the games were multi-platform games (including the two big games Square Enix showed off), which takes away some of the impact of, but at the same time, it helped to show off a bigger variety of games than what we saw at Microsoft.
Nintendo had to bring out some of its big guns, and also show off some of their stronger third party games, to prove that the Wii U will be gaining momentum going forward. And in some ways, they did this. A new 3D Mario game, DKCR, Mario Kart, Smash Bros., etc., as well as Monolith's new RPG, and Bayonetta. Though, with a lot of those games, they kind of show of a bit of a sameness as what we've seen on the Wii, and other Nintendo systems. Of course, Nintendo's games will either appeal to you, or they won't. As a Nintendo fan, most of it looked good to me, but I don't see these games winning over non-Nintendo fans (besides maybe those 3rd party games, but those were only a couple games).
So, in the end, I'd say Sony won, then Nintendo, and then Microsoft.
lol, this is probably what the execs at Microsoft are trying to tell themselves.. "So many people hate it, it must be good!"Microsoft, anyone who can get that much hate thrown at them is a winnar!

Sony is walking out of E3 with the best press. I don't think anyone can actually argue against that. The only negative thing that actually came from their conference was turning PS+ into a Gold equivalent, but even then it actually didn't cause any backlash (just Microsoft loyalist looking for ownage.)
Microsoft delivered games, most curiously with no actual confirmed release date, but completely avoided addressing all the flaws of their console. Sony took advantage of that and it's come back to bite them since they refuse to talk to any press outside of Major Nelson.
Nintendo also delivered games that I was very much want to play but majority aren't coming out to next year. Nintendo had pretty much thrown in the towel for this holiday season.
In terms of Games: Microsoft > Nintendo > Sony
In terms of Overall Conference: Sony > Microsoft > Nintendo
In terms of actually selling me on a console: Sony > Nintendo >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Microsoft
