This topic is locked from further discussion.
They will still be playing Halo: Reach...
And some multiplats...
Still lives up to its name: Multiplat 360, cause it plays the multiplats pretty darn well...

I wasn't denying the fact that it does.
This is due to the 360 being easier hardware to work with, but when you have a good developer willing to put forth the effort into making changes in the game, the outcome is stunning.

i see alot of multi-platforms...
and half of those games don't even have a release date. Max Payne 3 for instance. :|

And them being multi-platforms means what?
I'm just going by what Gamespot's release date schedule says. :)
then you must be disappointed quite alot, considering release dates given by gaming websites are almost always wrong.

meainging that the people on the PS3, and PC can enjoy those games, including many many others.
And yeah, its best to go by what gamespot's release says until the official announcement has been made.

Its funny to see people say "LOL multiplats"...so i guess these people ONLY play exclusives on thier console? No multiplats in their library?

Ya, and most of them will run poorly on the PS3.

Heck no, there is just no reason to buy that console considering you can play all its games and more.
There's no reason to even play a 360 after u get tired of halo until gears comes out. Btw where are people getting these 99pct numbers from? There's 2pct of multiplats that perform better on 360 but 98pct of the "superior" versions you would have to compare them frame by frame and stare at a background tree or something. Tons of exclusives + multiplats > little to no exclusives and minor frame reviewer difference multiplatsKeiji993
The PS3 and Xbox360 are tied in high scoring exclusives.

I rather trust them than you on release dates. :)

Yes people on the PS3 and the PC can enjoy these games, and so can the 360 owners. I don't see the problem here, the question was: "With Gears of War 3's delay, what will 360 owners play for first quarter 2011?"
Is there a problem with a gamer playing a multiplat?

poorly and not as well are two different statements.
There have been cases where games don't run as well on the 360 compared to the PS3.

not entirely no, but why own the system when you can play all its games plus more else where, and cheaper?

Despite the general consensus, the 360 has exclusives (Shocking I know, in fact it actually has more exclusives than the PS3).
If I would have to choose between getting a 360 or a PS3 based solely on multiplats, I would easily choose the 360.
Or using the same logic I could ask "Why get a 360 or PS3 when you could play all the superior versions on the PC with a 20+ year gaming library?"
It's all about taste.
Tagy, don't you know that multiplats aren't considered real games in System Wars? Haven't you learned anything?

I'll learn sometime. :P

definitely not.
Everything on the 360 is overpriced.

your going by the arcade prices? no one buys the arcade system, the new standard 360 is 300-400$, and it costs more if your going to buy games, online, and tax.

There not going to rate poorly on Bungies last Halo game, of course, it is a great game, but it adds almost nothing new to the formula. Before that, what was the most recent exclusive? Crackdown 2? We all know how well that went.[QUOTE="yodaddyninja"]

Lots of people buy the arcade system but that's because they don't know what they are up to so they end up spending quite a few bucks trying to upgrade it to a decent machine.[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"][QUOTE="WiiMan21"] A huh...Halo.... yeah....WiiMan21

So how's the PS3 cheaper.
Independent accessories, you don't have to buy Microsoft branded accessories, free online, ect?
in the long run, and initially to have fun with the system, the PS3 is cheaper.
If you don't get Xbox Live Gold with your 360, its practically useless.
