Assuming you are talking about the original DS, I refer you to Pokemon Black/White and HeartGold/SoulSilver. Also check out The World Ends With You, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor, Dragon Quest IX, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy IV and Bowser's Inside Story. All of these are incredible, and you can't really go wrong with any of them.
