If someone gave you 700 dollars and said the only way to use it was for a PS3 or your friend gave you a PS3 for free would you enjoy it and like it.

Also it came with a free game of your choice would you really like the PS3.

Now I did not say would you turn your back and comletely disown the other console that is your favorite I am just asking would you like it and use it and stop bashing it other than give constructive critisism or stuff that you have problems with?

Not stuff that you heard just stuff that you have experienced or your personal opinion?

So would you behave toward the PS3 differently or talk about it differently?

Of coarse I would enjoy it, you would have to be the biggest sony hater in the world not to; now if it was a question of taking the money out of my bank account that would be diffrent.

If I owned a Ps3 i`d talk about it the same as I do now.

Its the same with the 360, I talk about it the same as before I bought one.

Same with the Wii.

Im all for constructive critism, but think realistically this is SW - there is always going to be bashing of systems.

No if someone gave it for free not out of bank account so that is saying that the only thing that most people have wrong with the PS3 is the price point maybe if it dropped to 400 dollars it would be more accepted.

So that is really where I am trying to get at. So I am saying that its price is its worst fault. Also, I don't know how the media gave so much negative comment when the Ps3 was introduced 600 dollars but when the iPhone was realeased it did not get that much negativity about its pricepoint

I wouldn't hate it, that's for sure. But I don't think I'd get a lot of use out of it.

My 360 and PS2 have me pretty much covered at this time. While having the ability to get Sigma would certainly be welcome, beyond that, I think my PS3 would gather dust unless I used it to replace my PS2, which isn't exactly a victory.

Having a PS3 for free would certainly save me money in the future, though.

I have it and I bash it more then ever for it's lack of decent games right now.

I also bash 360 too with it's massive brick

and wii for it's garbage graphics.

Pretty much.

I'd enjoy the PS3. I've had a motorstorm itch for quite a while now, and I think I'm willing to shell money again for Ninja Gaiden. I'ts just that good.

But my current opinion on the PS3 would remain the same.

Sure I'd love it. But if I had to pay for it with my own money, that would be a WHOLE different question.

I was given a PS2 and could never really get into many of the games that I tried so I didn't much like it, so it might happen if I am given a PS3. Not trying to be a fanboy just going off of past experiences.spinecaton

Well I haven't bashed the PS3 in months now. I don't know if I would like it or not until I play it. IF I feel that it is not worth it, which is how I feel now, I would sell it.

I wouldn't start saying very good things about it just because I have one.

If I gota PS3for free I would sell it to buy more games for the other consoles, then buy it when the price drops, more games comes out, Home is out, and when there'srumble in the sixaxis.

Well Im not a fanboy so I dont bash any console so I would enjoy the system, I infact want a PS3 but havnt had the money or chance to get one and Im still waiting on the good releases.

I'd go for one as long as it's free with no strings attached and most likely would enjoy it as long as there's a constant stream of shooters, strategy, racing and such (the genre I care about).

If i got eather for free id enjoy them because i dont hate them, i just diss them on system wars because fan boys make them out as if jesus came back to earth in the form of a console. If i got the 360 id definatly get dead rising, i just want to play it so bad. If i got wii id probley get.... the newer zelda(the one they are making now, not tp.)

Me? Heck, I'd keep it. I want to try and get all consoles this gen as well as upgrade my PC.

nearly all of the people who bash the PS3 have never played one or owned one.

if it was free sure i'd enjoy it. my standards for enjoyment would be lower for something i got free.
