Very true. But the way that the puzzles work and the difficulty seems to intrigue people. Without IGN, I just don't think anyone would know much about the game.

I'm not sure it would. There might be the selet few that support it, but before IGN's 'Buy Zack and Wiki campaign' there was no hype for this game. No one even really mentioned it.Homesrfan

I would still be hyping the hell out of it because adventure+pirates=win, especially when you throw in the awesome new puzzle elements.

That's false. Only the shooters that tend to differentiate themselves somehow get hyped realistically. I'd like to think good games get hyped. FF, MGS, Mass Effect, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, are all good games. It's not the FPS genre's fault that there is a lot of quality in the genre.

I never said it wasn't, but I guess it's omission from the above post would insinuate that. To be honest I don't know too much about it, but it's ignorant to say that it's because it's not a shooter, as non shooters do get hyped. I think it doesn't get hyped much because it's an original IP in a dead genre and it's on the Wii, so it won't grab you with"teh grafix." You actually have to read to find out about it, which not many people do nowadays.
