I like how the user rating there is 9.0 and the user rating on GS is 9.0... but all the critic reviews are around 8 and 7.5
It was released in Japan on December 25, 2008. Basically, it's taken them over a year to port it/fix it.
Kinda like Dragon Ball Z games. It's doesn't mean much. I'll take the opinion of writers of respected publications over fanboys.I like how the user rating there is 9.0 and the user rating on GS is 9.0... but all the critic reviews are around 8 and 7.5

and how long were they making that game?CrispenzStarted development in 05 and came out in Japan in 08
game fails it seems. Doesn't surprise me one bit. I was never interested in the game but sucks for those looking for a good JRPG on ps3.
I'm interested to see GS's MAG review. MAG's reviews range from 9s to 6s. I am on the fence with MAG and am awaiting a few more reviews.
Very true indeed. The only two JRPGs (if you use that term to refer to RPGs made in Japan and not on style of RPG) that have scored well were Demon's Souls and VC and both of those games do things very differently from most JRPGs with DS having a more western feel and VC being a strategy rpg with tps elementsas expected, traditional JRPG's on consoles are usually mediocore at best this gen.

and to top it off many people that rate it dont even have the game
And yet we know reviewers have played the game and most people have not played or at least finished the game, so what does that tell you?I like how the user rating there is 9.0 and the user rating on GS is 9.0... but all the critic reviews are around 8 and 7.5
