Looks amazing but the headset is worse than the XBox Live one I got back in the beta test over 11 years ago. I cannot wait to pick this up when it gets games that justify me owning one.
Looks great, shame it's not the retail box but it seems to have all the components people will be getting in them (except for the multiple plugs of course).
Sony have really dropped the ball lately though, MS had an unboxing uploaded ages ago by their own employee, why couldn't Sony have done the same thing?
@Serial_Killa: honestly, all the other headsets make people look like nerds, sorry if I offend anyone. This one is small discreet and cooler looking. And the xbox headset is also through 1 ear, its big for no reason.
While true, this thing is probably of really bad audio quality and can't possible fit all ears

While true, this thing is probably of really bad audio quality and can't possible fit all ears
based on what? you know, earbuds are pretty much standard over headsets unless you're an audiophile or douchebag that walks around town with beats on their head. Quality is most likely going to be sufficient like most earbuds are for using when llstening to music or media
anyways, I'm not concerned. I whether the DS4 takes a 3.5mm or 2.5mm jack, I should just be able to buy a cheap cord that connects it to my tritton.

And well you misinformed ignorants he actually says that he will plug the fucker in to try it out. The videos will be up soon. Also this whole overheating shit has already been debunked as the crashing unit was in a tight plastic box and still worked after a restart, which makes a heat problem very unlikely.
Lemmings also seem to forget which company rushed it's last gen console, which led to a massive overheating problem with millions of RROD. But who cares right?
If I am paying 400+ how about a nice Bluetooth headset or even a USB one.
The PS4 is already being sold at a loss. The bulk of the value comes from the console itself. Besides, you can use your own headset with the PS4. I have a Samson Meteor that has worked great with my PS3. And I plan to use it with my PS4 as well.
