It could happen as soon as August. By March of next year it is all but inevitable. Xbox 360 is not performing especially well outside of North America and the UK.IyetharI agree. It'll happen either this August or September. But I see the 360 having a good holiday season and taking the lead again. After the holidays, though, the Wii will take off again and leave the 360 behind.
You can't really count PC's because sure they can be used for gaming but the main reason people buy them is for the Internet and other stuff not related to gaming, plus the PC isn't a console.P.S. PC is outselling everything else by like 100,000 to 1.

I don't know about that. I can see 360 outperforming Wii in North America during the holiday, but I don't think it will be enough to offset performance in other regions and retake the global lead, even temporarily. A lot depends on continued demand for the Wii and Nintendo's capacity to supply them, but the Xbox would need something like a 30% increase in year-on-year sales to keep pace globally.
It could happen, but only if Wii starts performing below expectations and Xbox starts exceeding them.
But you got to remember this is worldwide sales and 360 doesn't sell well in Japan, and Japan is going to be buying more Wii's when Wii Music and Wii Health Pack release at the end of the Year.I think they are under estimating the power of Halo 3 and GTA: IV on the 360. ;)

The main reason I think the 360 can do that is because they don't have the supply issues that Nintendo does. They can produce enough units to sell for this holiday season and that should be enough to retake the lead. Last holiday season they sold about 1.5-2 million in the US alone. Those types of numbers might be enough to snatch the lead away momentarily. The main reason I think the 360 can do that is because they don't have the supply issues that Nintendo does. Like I said, it's possible. On the other hand, Nintendo's supply issue is really a demand issue. Nintendo has shipped more Wii consoles in its first six months than any other home console in history.
