Worth it?

I have been saving money for the longest time in order to enter "next-gen". In fact, for a long time I've had enough to do so. But I am still unsure. I mean. Is it worth getting a new console right now. I see that the Xbox 360 is going to get some great titles. Alan Wake is on my wish list. But at the sametime, even though a lot of the PS3 games do not interest me like some of the Xbox 360 games. I am a big fan of Final Fantasy. Not to mention with the current world events, MGS4 is more intriguing. At one point I was extremely interested in a Wii, but the excitement has went down a little for me.

With Vizio making HD more accessible to a younger crowd and specifically gamers I can't contain myself. Although PC gaming is still a option.
