Sorry, but i dont agree with more than half.
i am sorry but that's the wonder of opinion. the thread title's 'what are the worst game(s) you've bought this year' and since i don't make a habit of buying badly rated games then i have to choose between what the masses consider to be good games. i'll explain my choices. no more heroes - samey remote waving with no variety whatsoever. nice artstyle however.
spore - too short and too simplified
saints row 2 - kept crashing on me, could have been the game or my xbox but still made me not want to play, thus makes it an unenjoyable experience
cod 5 - didn;t enjoy it as much as cod 4 therefore worse game than its older brother
fable 2 - story too short, i don't have time to invest in rpgs so didn't enjoy it
farcry 2 - repetitive gameplay and boring story. nice graphics however
gta 4 - nothing to do after completing the main story, no way to generate cash after the main story so killing sprees become almost impossible. awful multiplayer that should have been brilliant
mgs 4 - for me there was no reason to play through it twice as i only play mgs games to see how the story works out
as you can see my opinions on the games are formed greatly on my personal preferences and certain scenarios that the game can't control but hey, sue me.
i could've easily got through this gaming year just on cod 4 and pgr 4
