Yes, I'm a huge fan of the PoP series and this looks like PoP with freeroaming, better platforming, better combat, better stealth, and super awesome AI.
Not in the slightest. I have 20 games that I plan to buy over the next two years and Assassin's creed doesn't make the list. I'm not saying it looks bad, but I haven't seen much compelling footage.
Yeah, I want this to get AAA, I'll be getting it either way, unless it turns out to be anouther lair. I've been excited for this game since day 1. Is the november release set in stone now?
For the creators I would. I'd hate to see it Flop because of a bad combat system, which I think is the only thing that could let this game down.XenoNinja
yeah the developers have said that some enemies will fight more defensively than others. The videos i saw looked like some were extremely too conservative. hopefully that has changed a bit.
I would because I like great games and I have been hyped about this one for quite a while...also I don't care if it is multiplat or not...I could care less about getting caught up in that madness.
I don't give two S***s about GS scores. However if the game is glitchy and broke, or just bad in my opinion, then I will lose my mind and go catatonic.
Not one bit. I don't plan on getting this game anyways. With all the sweet PC games coming like CoD4 and Crysis, I have no room for anymore than what I already want.
I would be disappointed about it but it wouldn't kill me. Now if both this game and uncharted flop....I will really be hurting for a good action/adventure game.
Ps3 has to many games to worry about it to much, Im more worried uncharted and haze will tank, but wow im excited for call of duty 4!!! although I would luv assassins creed to be awesome!!! if it's by the people that make prince of persia it will be great no doubt!!
No, not in the slightest. I've been betting it will tank for a few months now, actually. From what i've read, the controls are terrible, the AI needs serious work, the chase sequences are frustrating and the combat is dire. All the videos i've watched have shown bugs, framerate issues, screen-tearing and pop-in, and Ubisoft have publicly expressed difficulty in developing for both platforms (apparent PS3 RAM issues and 360 DVD9 issues). I have a strong feeling it could collapse under the weight of its own ambition.
no i have a feeling that game will blow. just cause it looks good, doesn't make it a good game = heavenly sword.

I would be really upset. I am really looking forward to this game. The thing is, this is one of the few games PC/360/PS3 owners, in general, mutually want to see successful.
I've played an early version of this, but checked with mods and I'm not allowed to talk about it. However, I would not be upset if it didn't score well (infer from that what you will ;) )
