No, Kratos is a man and the game series is built around him. They made a son because it's easier for a father to bond with a son, or at least showing the bond is easier.

From what I'm getting at, this "Goddess of War" are you referring to Heavenly Sword? Cause that game was our Goddess of War at the early days of PS3 and we already been there, done that TC.

I really wish to see another Heavenly Sword game or at least a remaster for PS4. Heavenly Sword still holds up really well but not much longer :(

i think we already had a goddess of war with Heavnly Sword back in the day and I loved it. I’d welcome it if we got a badass heroine again. Unlike some insecure dudes around here, I have no issues playing badass female characters in games. They are usually nice to look at.
