would you like to see more cross format multiplayer?

i have been thinking about this recently,do you think consoles would benefit from cross format multiplayer?

for instance ps3 and 360 gamers being able to play call of duty together.

Yes...although picture a game like MW2 going cross platform. How many people would be on that?

Now that I think of it, I wonder if XBOX would ever do that for a major game like MW2. I mean, why pay for a sub if you can get the PS3 and play for free? Although that would be a lot of money to shell out for one game.

I think Shadowrun had it, btw the 360 and PC.

would be great, don't see why they can't do it with games like dirt 2 or sf4 or resident evil 5 on pc and x360. it's not like shooters where the k/b has such a huge advantage. imprezawrx500
