No Sacrifice, No Victory :P
No I wouldn't considering that I just bought a ps3 slim and sold my broken 60gb ps3 (same one died 3x after being fixed twice) that had backwards compatibility that I haven't used since 06. The only way you will see bc on a new ps3 model is through software emulation. ditto for xbox 360 so topic is null and void
i alreadyhad to buya ps3 slim. because my60 gig ps3broke. if they released a new slim that played ps2 games nowthat would be a kick in the balls to everyone who bought a slim.
i will buy a 360 slim if its a nice bundle. im hoping a halo reach design 360 slim will come out this september. or a natal slim bundle.
i could care less about ps2 and xbox 1 games now. to many this gen games are out now. plus most of the good ones can be bought on xboxlive and soon psn.
Millions of people have already re-purchased PS3's when the Slim came out.a new PS3 slim were launched that was compatible with every PS2 game and/or if Microsoft launched a new 360 slim model compatible with every original Xbox game?

Since I have my PS1 and PS2, no on the PS3. Its good enough with the games it already has anyway ;)
But, depending on the cost, a fully BC 360 I would consider buying. I've had a really bad urge to play Otogi lately (thanks for not making it backwards compatible, guys) and I made the mistake of selling my old Xbox when I got a 360, assuming that all my old Xbox games would work on it eventually.
Granted, an original Xbox is infinitely cheaper, but I believe the warranty on my 360 is done, so it wouldn't be a bad move entirely. Too bad it will never happen of course.
No. The only Xbox1 games i still have are HaloCE and Halo2 and they are compatible with my current 360
PAL360
me too.

Xbox 360 is compatible with all xbox1 games i wanted
And no, i would not rebuy a PS3 for BC, it is one of the most expensive things to buy one, so i would never buy two
I wouldn't by another PS3 because I have a PS2, and I have an Xbox, no XB360, but I don't really want to get one yet, even if there is a slim model release.
