When I go to the store I really don't know what to pick because of the great games that are out now. I don't pick up sports game because I'm not really good at them.

I like non-rpg games that use rpg elements (leveling, massive storyline, etc.). Turn based is not my thing though, the only one I ever liked was pokemon for game boy. I'm not really an FPS fan either, but if there is a great one I'll buy and enjoy.

Play a western RPG. You'd enjoy it. And i'd have to buy both. Love them the same.

I stay away from dance/music games like DDR and Guitar Hero..they are just waaay too boring and the music in DDR is horrible. If I want to really dance, learn how to sing, or play an intsturment I'll really do it. I also stay away from Sports games. It's not because sports do not interest me, I actually like baseball, it's just that I've never seen so many games in a genre rehashed so much.

Rpg because they take a long time to beat, where as FPS do not take a long time to beat. But if you like the whole online thing then playing a FPS online multiplayer can be fun for a while. If the game is good enough and you really dig the multiplayer online thing it can last a year easy.

if it has online coop that is awsome too.

RPG or MMORPG?  Only MMORPGs can stand up to an FPS replayability.
