Wouldn't it be cheaper to pay the used game fee?

Assuming games will still cost 60$ and the fee is less than that would it not be cheaper to borrow your friends disc, install it and pay the fee instead of buying the disc brand new?

If something costs less than $60 then yes it'd be cheaper than a $60 item
