yes it can make a difference, because a trend is strarting. more and more games are going multiplat, and in the end if it comes down to first party games who will win(in the US at least) the $400 system with halo and Gears or the $600 system with GoW, GT and R&C. which do you think will win?

Singstar / Karaoke Revolution were games my GF was really into, along with some of the Eye Toy games, by which I mean she played them every now and again, but they were the primary videogames she would play, along with Final Fantasy. That fanbase IS NOT going to pay $600 for a system, not now, not ever. Add in that the Singstar series is inferior to Karaoke Revolution, and both have gone downhill, and you've got a lot to worry about. Oh and Eye Toy games? They barely worked on the PS2, and were a gimmick. Warhawk will be delayed forever and a shadow of the game fanboys want it to be. Tekken 6, FF XIII, and MGS4 will wind up on the 360 eventually. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a remake of an Xbox game. You've got a game from Factor 5 (Lair), which wasn't enough to save the Gamecube, an unproven ("but it looks cool") combat game in Heavenly Sword, and a mix of sequels, crappy sports games, and titles we've seen no footage of. We've SEEN Bioshock - we can look at it and go "eh" - but at least Bioshock they're trying to make a good game. Hot Shots Golf 5? Are you serious? At least golf on the Wii tried to do something to make it more fun, I'm not snoozing through an "HD Golf" game - and it's hardly like another system can't come along and make a golf game.

Now i'm not saying that DMC isnt a good thing for the 360 but the game doesnt do that much hurt to the PS3.. Now if it was Metal Gear Solid 4 or something ya that would be a major blow. But the only way you lemmings are going to get MGS is a different MGS game.

i agree. DMC 4 was one of my reasons to buy a ps3. Now just heavenly sword, lair,warhawk, and tekken 6(which will probably be on 360). Looks like ill be waiting for ps3 slimline
