Wow, Scribblenauts is officially joining "The List"

It's only the second game on the list, but can you figure out what the list is for?

(i'll just tell you-- games that we suppose to be so cool and unique, probably a bit revolutionary, and ended up failing super hard. And these games weren't just hyped as good games like lair or whatever, they were hyped as OMG changing how we see gaming games. God. these games suck. )

trespasser was amazing. IMO.

Yeah, disappointment of the year. Amazing concept, lackluster execution.

By the way, I loved Spore. I also enjoy this game. Just because it flops, doesn't mean it is bad.

I'm glad I stopped hyping Spore well before its release. There are probably some other games that could go on that list, but I don't remember them off the top of my head right now.

Wait a second. Isn't Daikatana still the champion?

These games atleast are very good games, its just that when compared to the hype they are meh. Daikatana was actually a bad game.

I think we should make a list for the games that met the hype.

Scribblenauts was a good game. The execution was absolutly horrible. The Controlsare among the worst ever.

....neither of those games failed in any way.. theyre both amazing. some people overhyped them, and now they are left dissapointed

Well Scribblenauts had absolutely horrible controls.

There's nothing more that I hate in a videogame than dying/failing a mission because of broken controls.

The concept of scribblenauts can never be a perfect game.

It is fun to play around with yet its just impossible to make it a 10 game.

I hyped a 8.5 and received and im happy with my purchase and 5th cell did a wonderful job

I was so hyped for this game and it turned out to be nothing but a broken piece of crap. My biggest let down since SSBB.
