I find it a crap but funny excuse just to make the 360 fanboys think that you can play the game on a pc.
This topic is locked from further discussion.
Yes, and every lemming has a PC for Crysis (That game is brought up A lot in SW), and upcoming PS3/PC games The Agency, DC Universe, Final Fantasy 14 (!) and of course they all have a PS2 / PSP for AAA MLBThe Show, Singstar, etc...and every Sheep has a PC for Mass Effect and L4D2. We get it.
You actually don't need TOP NOTCH PC's to play Mass Effect or L4D series. However, it's not a far stretch to imagine that we are all on the internet thought our computers, chatting on a internet forum...
...and it's quite possible that many folks actually do enhance their PC's...
It's not just one faction that has top notch PC's or claims to have them.
In the end, it's about perspective. Do all of them have a PC? No. Is there any reason to point at any one group? No.
yea, i'm not one for the whole fanboy crap, but i have been seeing this a lot lately
ME2 is rumored to come to the PS3, cows say they told lems and gloat about it
bioware confirms that it is not coming to the PS3 and then...."oh, well i'll just play it on the PC anyways"

Because you enjoy a game sooo much more if you know that (insert console you don't like) players are not playing it :|I find it a crap but funny excuse just to make the 360 fanboys think that you can play the game on a pc.

Well, I don't HAVE one yet...but I plan on getting one. :P
Sidenote, good games are good games. I played the Left 4 Dead 2 demo off of Steam on my friend's decently high end computer on pretty high settings and I still wasn't impressed with the game. I plan on building a decent gaming PC and getting a 360 controller to go with it.
Stereotypical thinking, you don't need top-notch PC to play some current games in lower settnings :> mid-range hardware is also good for games...

You cant believe them all but I agree. It isnt impossible that ps3 owners, or others, have a decent rig. Not all games require insane specs. Unless you get livid over not being able to laugh in other gamers faces when they cant play a game, it shouldnt bother you anyway.

heh i know i got a pretty good rig that i built *Note i didn't have to go all out* but i wanted to,because building a computer is something i like doing.I don't consider myself a cow despite I have a ps3 because I also have a Wii but my pc isn't top notch, I preferred to buy a ps3 rather than upgrade my pc. Yeah, I stopped upgrading my PC last year, it eats up so much money. I could have bought more console games with it.

To much ownage lately for the poor lemmings eh? this seems to be the trendy topic for when lemmings are feeling to owned.
Well i have a gaming PC thats how im typing this to you now so suck it up. At the end of the day the reason i got rid of my 360 was because most of the games released for it come to the PC. Not an excuse when its fact and if u want evidence im sure the majority of us so called Cows can provide evidence of the fact we own a good PC. My rigs 5 years old by the way and runs the latest games so suck a lemon. Your just bitter because most 360 games DO come to the PC and people who own a PC by on large know this so they choose the Wii or the PS3 as there console due to the exclusives not available ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Cripes man so hard to understand?I find it a crap but funny excuse just to make the 360 fanboys think that you can play the game on a pc.

Meh if i had the choice between a gaming rig,360 and a BC Rich i would pick the BC rich wait thats what i already did xD.Most of the games i want are on the PS3 and as said you dont need to own a gaming rig to play the likes of L4D2 which is more likely a much better rounded valve experience on the PC.Same with Bioware stuff.
As said PC's still the better of the bunch even tho it is brought down with a multitude of things like driver problems, games specs varying etc.

Seriously, a B.C. Rich? Gibson FTW!!!
OT, agreed with Valve games being better suited for the PC.

im a bassist tho and i own an epi t-bird and saving for a Gibson :P but there was a lot of money off the BC rich as it was supposed to be £400 but down to £150 cause the shop couldnt sell it cause of a minor paintwork dink on the lower horn of the virgo. But i really need a bigger amp than my 15w Laney LMAO praying to god i get a Laney 1/2stack tomorrow for Christmas.
Here's a picture of my gaming rig...
And yes, all cows do own a gaming PC ;)
The "Phosphor112" is my name on some of the newer site sign ups I've done.. like my Game Trailers account, IGN.. etc...
Bottom Line... Whenever a Hot 360 game releases also on pc (think Bioshock) cows dust off their rig. Mass Effect 2 is sizing up to be GOTY quality and because the whole Mass Effect is "multiplat" thing doesnt mean a lick because you cant play it on ps3 and it will sell 10 to 1 on 360 (probably much more) the cows have to salvage what they can... its the way things go around here.

Got that the other way around, lems are desperate for anything they can get since theve just been enduring ownage after ownage, the only thing they can even fight back with is multiplats.

Ahh, I see. I play guitar, bass, and drums. My guitar is a Gibson SG Standard, the bass is a Fender Deluxe P-Bass, and my drums sucks, haha. I mostly play my Roland electronic kit. I have a cheapy Tama Swingstar set. Laney's decent, I prefer Hartke or Ampeg though. Yes, I know they're expensive, haha.

Please... you know full well that cows use the whole 360/pc partnership as a system wars pawn. Id take the "multiplat" copies of Left 4 Dead 2 and Mass Effect 2 over any sony "exclusive" that will release all year. So sure... thanks for the multiplats microsoft.

Gibsons are sweet, but very pricey. I have a USA NJ series Warlock that was about $900.00. It sounds awesome and was several thousand less then some of the Les Pauls I was looking at. It also depends on the type of music you play on which guitar you select. I have the Warlcok, and Ibanez RG series and my best guitar would be my Jackson USA KV2. I do a lot of lead and solo playing. I love throwing in scales when I play. I have found that the style andtype of music I play is much easier on these type of guitars for me than when I've tried playing on Strats and Les Pauls. The necks seem much quicker on the guitars I have. I do love the sound of a fender and a Less Paul also. Each guitar has it's place in the type and style of music you play IMO.
I drove by a farmstead today and I thought I saw them having a 1337 Crysis lan party. Thanks for confirming my suspicions, TC. NAPK1NSHaha, good one! =)
And for the record I'm a "cow" and I have a custom built gaming PC that can easily run Crysis on max settings with a great FPS
And 360/PC games ARE multiplatform! That means Gears 1, ME1-2, Alan Wake.
This is kind of like saying "360 and PS3 games are 360 exclusives because not everyone has a PS3"...
Also, can we please just start using "Sony fanboy" or "360 fanboy" instead of that cow/lemming crap, I visit System Wars rarely and I can never remember which is which
Guys.... what ever game is on, it won't change the game value it have, whatever it is exclusive or multiplat.
I have a cheap PC with a slightly upgraded graphics card. I may not be able to run Crysis at the highest settings @1080p, but I can run any game better than consoles can. It would'nt hurt MS to have more exclusive games.

I am a cow and I have a gaming PC, and we all know PC is superior to 360/PS3..raskullibur
If you mean "superior" by surfing the web, burning cd/dvds, music programs, photo manipulation, modding games, documents, then YES the PC is superior. BUT if you are talking about gaming, or m/k being better then that is 100% opinion and nothing more. Good day, have a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year.

of course the PC is better for gaming than consoles, every game has better graphics on the PC, and you can use your 360 pad with a PC as well, the only thing consoles really have over the PC is ease of use and comfort, which is why i choose to game on my 360 instead of my quad core rig[QUOTE="raskullibur"]I am a cow and I have a gaming PC, and we all know PC is superior to 360/PS3..VanDammFan

And it's not like you can plug your controller in your computer or anything, right? That was probably in my dreams.
You need to have a top notch PC to play a game on the Source Engine? There goes your credibility.
Hanass
lol:P
ME and L4D don't require high end PC's to be able to run em. Not so sure about ME2 but I'll be upgrading my PC anyways as soon as I hear Alan Wake is going on the PC too, otherwise I'll just buy a 360.=/
