ill tell you whats wrong with them ,
they release to many damn first person shooter games, thats exactly whats wrong with them ,,
and ya ive noticed that to , back on the snes era we had games to be played all the time , now adays ,, it trickles,
and when i say trickles we may get 4 -6 good games a year , ,
on good yrs its 10 good games -20 good games but this isnt one of those years ,,
2010 was like the best year for gaming and on 3ds for 2012 , ,
outside 3ds this year it is very very bleak , ,
sure i ate up all the good wii releases like zelda marioparty 9 outside that ,
a dry spell has been put on us ,
and these developers need to take notes from the snes era,
cause thats when we had good games as a whole,
we never were over ran by a particular genre, i remember how many racing games i owned as a kid well i still own them ,
and when i stack my snes game library up its about even , add some rpgs my library would dethrone ps3 and 360 for sure ,
its to bad all these games now adays are controlled by one franchise in particular----call of duty,
every where i look , theres a war game oh wait it dont stop there, there was 007 games back then that didnt rely on cod but now , , activision has it and --- what else is new its james bond with call of duty elements, even goldeneye,
which is why im not holding my breath any more for that franchise,
nor cod for that matter ,,
t his summer was lame , and the fall looks to be no different ,
heck outside the holidays i dont see any big titles for me , that is not on a handheld
, the console market has dried up completely game wise , very seldem do i buy new games any more because their just not worth it ,
i m not going to spend another 60 dollars on call of duty mark my words, and i will not wait for ms or sony to make their move im buying a wii u maybe that will solve the drought,
sure seams like it ,
