I hope you guys can understand where im coming from here. Im a big WW fan and I was so pumped for this game, I finally picked it up today, with some MP3. And I have to say, its a total let down, first off the learning curve is pretty high, especially for a casual playing this game, not only are you left scratching your head half the time, the games aren't very much fun, and you are just holding the remote in tons of odd positions. The game for me just feels like one big tech demo, just a gimmick. I completely disagreed with the 7.2 or whatever it was for the DS version, that game was fantastic, and now this one got a 9.1 :? I don't get it.

Forgetting the GC version which was just a port of the original GBA version I would have to say that it goes from the original WW on GBA, then the DS game, then WW twisted, then this one. Did this game just leave a surprisingly bad taste in anyone elses mouth other than mine?

Having never played a Wario Ware prior to Smooth Moves. I thought the game was really repetative, tried way too hard, and was just a fairly fun 2 hour game that completely isn't worth paying anymore than $20.

"High learning curve"? It's Wario Ware... WHAT "learning curve"? I've had that game since day one, and I don't remember a learning curve... It's WARIO WARE for crap's sake.

I find it hard to believe this game some how trumps other games score wise here (even on just the Wii) like Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, andSuper Paper Mario. All of which take more talent to create, and have a lot more value imho than a collection of mini games which doesn't last all that long.

Sad times *shakes head*

The GBA original was awsome.

But I don't know about Smooth Moves.

I guess Gamespot just wanted heat off the Zelda TP review.

Not even IGN gave it AAA.

Having to play a 1 hour singleplayer mode just to unlock multiplayer with games that sometimes don't work in a game where one screw up can screw you over, coupled with ok multiplayer games that suffer from bad games (Though Bungie Buddies is awesome, but only 2 player) is a AAA game in GS's mind. Yeah...

In the crazy fast mini game genre, wario ware deserves the score it got here. But compared to other games its over rated.

It's pretty fun with friends around. It's no 9.1, but whatever.
