:P, not a joke, just read this article and was surprised nobody posted it. But let me know where is the comparison article about PS3 > X360 Dirt and I'll hopefully post it if nobody else did.

HDR is the only difference and HDR isn't always good. Too much isn't good in my opinion.

Obviously they changed the brightness of the TV.

I read the comparison somewhere else, he says that the third pic is missing a tree in PS3, but when you look in the radar/map/curve, it is not the same corner :lol:what a fool.

oh, it seems they have a referrer protection so people won't steal their bandwidth by direct linking to their images.

anyway, I've uploaded the same image to a private server and it should be fine now.

Is it me or does the PS3 always seem to have darker images compared to the 360. :?

I c, tough one to prove if true. Cause you'll have X360 fans saying; well, Wii games have stable framerates, but it doesn't mean better graphics fidelity.

anyway, for now it's difficult to deny X360's win on this one, but let's see how it goes, I'm hoping a lot of PS3 fans (and X360 fans) to come and debate this topic to death :P

sure, please go ahead and compare them. And present a case which one you think is better and why.

Um from what i see in the demo HELL no. Instead of looking at photos, i cna look at the game in motion in person right in front of my eyes. And i've played both versions of the demo.

PS3 version runs better apparently, but has less grass and trees.

Isn't as bloomy either *thank god*. Has 7.1 audio? The devs even stated it's the better version with better physics too I think.

So I'd go with the PS3 version being ever so slightly better, the only difference I would notice when playing would be a better amount of bloom used and probably the framerate.

I'm just stating what I've read on GAf and on other forums, although if the framerate runs the same as on the 360 then it's disappointing since there was lots of slowdown in the demo I played. Supposedly, less screen tearing....

I'll see for myself tomorrow.

Seriously, they're virtually the same :| Oh noes it's missing a tree!!! That must impact the performance of the game by at least 20%!!!! Plus that's not a shadow, it's a reflection. The 360 car is out of the trees shadow so you can see it. In the ps3 version the car is in the shadow so can't see the reflection. Plus why is the sky in the 360's pic entirly white? You can see a bit of clouds on the side in the ps3 verison...

I played this over a month ago, there is no way I'm going to rebuy it whether or not it would look better on my PS3 or not. It took two days to finish the entire game and believe me when I say the multiplayer will NOT have you coming back for more.

Good game overall, but without head to head racing there was not much else to do after you beat it.
