And it's pretty obvious by now that each (in under a month) has already outsold Wii-U's LTD sales. What an utter embarrassment. Further proof Wii-U will be sent to clearance bins and discontinued shortly after the holiday.

Really, the reason for nintendo's failure is because of their naming scheme. Most of the people I know who aren't gamers think it's a $300 add on for the Wii.

Stupid to name it that. I'm getting one. I'll support Nintendo, they are always concerned about games, because that's all their company is, and its done them well. Love them, buy them. Support Nintendo, if it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be discussing shit today.

This article is misleading because the article says the months January-September. In other words, they are subtracting the 2 months of holiday sales for the wiiu, which is a bit of an important point, don't you think??

In truth, the X1 and ps4 are currently selling at roughly the same pace as the wiiu. The wiiu started out with a bunch of sellouts and millions of sales at first too.

And it must be said TC, but it's pretty reprehensible that you would go around posting what is tantamount to a total lie. But congrats, people who don't read actually believe you, which is apparently a lot of people.

Wii U made the mistake of making something on par with the X360/PS3, it played the same multiplatform games that people could enjoy on their current systems, and no must have 1st party exclusives. Also, the Wii had an appeal last gen with it's motion controls that wore off, that same gimmicky appeal isn't there with the Wii U.

Now don't get me wrong, Nintendo has a nostalgic appeal that I feel should be the main appeal of their system and games, but it's not enough to sell the systems anymore. It's enough to sell to some people, like myself, who got it mainly for Nintendo's classic franchises and whatever exclusives it does get, but it'll only be a supplemental console to whatever true next gen system I get.

WiiU is a failure.....no one cares for the Wii eww anymore.
