XBLA - is it just me ?

Take a look at this XBLA game available today.

If you didn't know better; wouldn't you think that this could be a megaton Wii game with on-line MP to boot ?

I really hate to be negative on any V.G. machine but for real, WTH is the deal with Nintendo and the millions of Wii's selling yet a 4.00 - 8.00 XBLA game just blows many of the Wii games away ! :?

Is it the Nintendo name ?

Exit is up on XBLA, it is amazing.

What I am seeing is PSP games ported to XBLA and become alot better. That is just the thing I am starting to see.

Can't wait for Ikaruga to drop on XBLA, that is one awesome SHUMP game. Who knows maybe Radiant Silvergun will show up and US shooter fans will see what possibly the greatest SCHUMP game ever created had going on 9 years ago.Danthegamingman

i still have my saturn just for radiant silver gun and i still play my cube version of ikuraga on my wii weekly. they are two of my favorite games ever made. i downloaded sin and punishment for the VC as soon as it was available. treasure jsut makes the best shooters.

i have 25 full version arcade games on my XBL account. there are three more i am going to get that are already out. i would say 6 of them are really great games. and the others are as good as games i can download for free on the pc. the wii's vc has some great games on it as well. games i missed out on back in my childhood due to only being able to mow so many lawns a month haha. things like bonk, gunstar heros and other games i played but never owned.

when it comes down to it. most third party games are trash. sure there are some good ones here and there. but first and second party is the only way to go on any system if you want consistant quality. i remember when the ps2 and the ds first came out and became big system movers. all the sudden there was a plethora of third party trash coming out for them. any console that sells well will have tons of third party rubbish.

i dont even pay attention to 3rp party games unless they are being made by, blizzard, sqare enix, capcom, bethesda,or double fine.

30 XBLA games on my HDD disagree with you

The only good xbox live acrade game coming out is Quake 3 arena.

I hope they come out with duke nukem 3d online with improved controls/graphics 3d models etc would rock also.

Look, I have a few XBLA games too. I think 5 or 6. I've played a ton of them (trial versions) and I'm not impressed by most of them. It was just my opinion.

There are over 90 games and most if not all the classics have added HD and MP both VS & Co-op !

The new I.P's are by small devs and very creative and the games they have done for the most part are awesome !

The beauty of xbla is its a great way for indie devolopers to get their games noticed I am up to 22 xbla games some i don't play anymore but whenever i lose intrest in a xbla game a new one shows up. Puzzle quest is my new addiction and for the record "That game HATES you" LoL but its fun (and addicting) anyways.. Out of the 24 xbla games I have on my 360 i own all but 2, Uno and Texas Hold em. But i play those games all the time against the computer anyways i just dont see the need to log on with them.strahd01

Do you have a Wii and if so, how about a direct comparison to the XBLA games you have.

Also, again if you have the wii; a comparison on the value of a 4.00 - 8.00 XBLA as compared to full price games on Wii.

Yeah, XBLA is awesome. Battlestar Galactica on it sucks though, IMO.
