That is hella old, and it was from a survey to just about 2000 people most of which were people that had experienced some problems with their 360 or people who don't even own a 360, it lacks credibility to say the least as any cow could vote.

Its junk, buy the extended warrenty and you are covered for 3 years. Letting this keep you from playing the 360 titles would be a shame. I sure as hell didn't let 3 broken PS2s over a few years stop me from playing the great PS2 titles and there is no way I would let this keep me from playing the great 360 titles.
