iknow it seems more expensive and all but dont people in the uk get paid more as well? and when u take things into proportion it doesnt really make a difference does it?
5 pounds an hour for a minium wage job to buy a 39.99 pound game
is better then 5 usd an hour to buy a 59.99 usd game isnt it?
the same goes for the systems... when u compare the hours worked for the game people in europe work less hours for the same game/system it only seems more expensive when converted to american dollars
If game costed $100 in the US then I would probably buy one or two games a year which would be horribly painful. Alot of gamers just wouldn't stand for this though and just boycott videogames.DA_B0MBboycott? no people would just turn to piracy, which is why PC games never sale for more than 49.99, devs fear a price increase will also increase piracy.
