That means I could be playing for two systems at the same time. I could be playing some Halo 4 then get an invite from a friend on Halo 5 then hop onto that game. I think its awesome. Pretty much theres no reason to for Ms to have backwards compatibility. Heck its even better than backwards compatibility. 

I think Ps4's backwards compatibility sucks.

Yep now you can throw your remote control in the trash. Without the power of Kinect, the cloud and being able to hook up your 360 to your Xbone to your cable box you no longer have to deal with the complication of pressing buttons.

Sounds like what Sony did with the PS3, took away the BC to play PS2 games. You want to play PS2 games on your PS3, we have a product for that ...It's called PS2.

So is the 360 like the cloud? Does it increase the XBone's raw processing power? Basically an XBox SLI then? Impressive.

would have been better if it could utilize 360 hardware a la "sli" but if its just for backwards compatibility, ... why bother.  Now, I remember seeing a patent on there forums a few months ago about a new 360 that is like a micro box that plugs in giving backwards compatibility. Perhaps he was talkign about that, but that hasn't officially been announced yet.  If thats the case it owuld need to run off Xbone power supply so its not sucking up more juice. If I remember, you'd also need to get the 360 games digitally for it to work. Lets see tho, time tells all.

The XBox One has HDMI pass through. You can plug any HDMI video source into it...superclocked

I'm not to sure why microsoft would...do this, seems like a waste of time. Like if someone needs to reach you to play a 360 game, you can just get a message over live on x1, and then you can go turn on your 360, why does it have to be plugged into the x1?

I don't think the 360 would because it's pretty reliable now.
