It's funny cause if Sony was in MS's position and said those lines, it would be considered PR spin. You know Sony is the only one that talks arrogant. MS are saints!

Did you see the s*** storm over a little comment that a Naughty Dog developer made about the Wii U? Something that ONE developer just said off the top of his head? But when Microsoft says something like this, its "well what else would they have said?"

wow system wars must be pretty stale to try to get reactions out of this.they didn't say anything like"halo is better than uncharted, resistance, etc" specifically. They just said their first party software is better.

Where in the world did you get that ND was insulting the Wii U? ND just looked at what Nintendo has reveiled about the Wii U and said it didn't look any different than what they could offer with PS3 + PSP/Vita. There was no insult. They even acknowledged they were wrong about the Wii.

EDIT: By that I mean the last couple years. There's no doubt the 360 was the obvious choice for the first few years this gen. But when it comes to games I believe that PS3 has the upper hand lately.

Regardless of the quality of the system itself, that's rubbish. First-party isn't MS's strongest point.

Smells a little like some PR DC from a senior exec. About what I would expect from any of them.

He has some legitimacy to his argument though based on clever and selective wording/comparison.

Note the use of units per title as the key measure. Sure MarioKart kicks butt in total sales, but Nintendo has a lot of first party titles many of which are mediocre sales so the average units per titlemight be lower than MS. Similarly, Sony obviously has more first party titles but again it is an average per unit/title that he is claiming. Quality is more subjective so I won't go there.

Can't say I'd expect much different though from any of them.

Oh man, that was good for a laugh. "Has been", so he proabably was talking about before the PS3 was even released because it definitely isn't any more.

Better than Sony, alright it's down to preference. I for one thinks that Uncharted 2 was overrated.
