a years headstart is MORE than enough to come out with "more games". and quantity=/=quality. and wether a game is good or not is purily personal preference. the point of this thread is to try and prove the 360 has better games than wii and ps3, but it fails completely in that aspect because it tries to prove it as fact, where it can only be opinion.

again, a years headstart allows for more games that may have better ratings to come out

First of all, Xbox360 has twice as many games which explains why there are twice as many more "90 and up" ratings which is in part to it coming out a year earlier.

Secondly, who looks at metacritic ratings anyway? From my own experience, metacritic has always been upwardbias.

yeah, put that year head start aside and look at the amazing library, xboxl live, and so on.. those have all started since day one, xbox has been getting good games from day one also... ps3 = failure one yar later and has like 3 good games... aren't you tired of waiting, dont you want to play games now? they are here and are on the 360.

Yes, XBOX 360 has more games, whether it came out first or not.

Yes, this is the US where Microsoft obviously has the upper hand compared to Japan, where PS3 and Wii reign supreme.

Yes, XBOX 360 has a whole list of good games, possibly more than the other consoles, depending on your tastes.

That still doesn't change the fact that some people want to buy the other consoles for their respective game titles.

This topic was nothing more than shoving numbers and statistics into people's faces and annoying everyone who comes here thinking that this might be a topic worth reading.
