Xbox 360 is just a BETA?

As I'm sure you know the Xbox 360 is not reliable and Microsoft will spend over 1,000,000,000$ to repair it.

So I thought: Why are they doing that? Are they stupid? How come they didn't think about everything?

So I think that the Xbox 360 is a BETA that will help Microsoft make better Xbox that will be muchbetter than the Playstation 4.

So what does that make the original Xbox then? Wouldn't Xbox be the Beta? And how could the Xbox go from having very few problems to the 360 having many problems? Your theory only makes sense if MS consoles are getting better as they go. While they are getting game libraries that are better, sales are mostly the same and the quality has dropped significantly.

It's easy to come up with rosy theories when you ignore all the inconvenient evidence. I'm not even bashing the 360 as I plan to get one this year. I just find it odd that he call the 360 the Beta, the one where MS learns from their mistakes, yet ignores the existence of the Xbox which was a better made console. Yet he doesn't give the same benefit of doubt to the PS3, which using his logic is just the Beta for PS4 and Sony could fix their mistakes.

If you ever open up an old Xbox you'll find it looks a lot like the insides of a PC, the 360 doesn't.

And the PS3 is just a way for Sony to sell a load of Blue-Ray players in hope it will win the hi-def DVD format war. As for that I think the future of HD Movies is downloading them thats one reason why this year is so big for the Xbox in the UK.

Plus the overheating problem 360's are having, probably has a lot to do with the fact at the very first showing of the console it was spread across 3 computer cases. So there's a hell of a lot in that small(ish) box.

And I still don't understand why they didn't put WI-FI in the elite.

Don't get me started on the Wii, it's a gimmick, thats all I'm gonna say.

Microsoft made $3billion in quarter 2 this year that's after the $1.9billion loss on the 360. So their rich, but it will be a couple of years until the next Xbox yet.
