On the front cover of an EGM issue we see, "Metal Gear Solid 4 on Xbox 360?"
"It's simply a rumor that Konami higher-ups are pressuring Kojima Productions to consider making MGS4 a multiplatform game because production costs on the game are unsurprisingly high and only getting higher. With PS3 install base numbers not looking all that rosy due to console cost and manufacturing problems, Konami is scared they can't recoup their investment on only 1 platform alone."
[Note:Rumor. but good points]((Even though EGM is nothing but trash)). This however hmh. cost for making it high, if the game does badly there ___ed.

Hideo Kojima himself admitted in a 1UP video interview that the Xbox 360 is capable of running the MGS4 real-time demo.
hmh, first the EGM rumor that had good points too it now Mr. Kojima saying this?
[December 16th 2006] NOOOZ blog (Daniel Boutros, a former Sony producer and now a consultant to publishers and developers) reports exclusive information on MGS4 and spoke to Joystick stating, "I rarely run with anything unless I'm 100% confident. I rarely break news stories as you can see." He jokes that from now on he's sticking to opinion pieces after the storm of comments his site received. What was it? Well, here's the official story:
"Sony can't be happy to lose another big exclusive.
Earlier this week, the information of Metal gear's non platform exclusivity was imparted to me by way of a dev source close to the team who cannot be named by pain of death. It's coming a few months later than the PS3 game, but it's happening folks.
This is said to be because publishers - including Konami - don't believe there'll be enough PS3s out there by the time the game hits because of the blu ray diode failure issues.
Now all I need is VF5 and I won't have to buy a 3rd console!
I'll get official comment from Konami in the week, but it is Saturday and this came pretty much from the horse's mouth, so you can count on this being legit."

In response to Boutros' story, "Konami has no plans to bring Metal Gear Solid 4 to the Xbox 360 at this time," a Konami representative told CVG.
At this time? hmh.
[January 22nd 2007] GamePro: Is MGS4 still planned as an exclusive PS3 game? Do you have any interest in Xbox 360 development?
Kojima: "Well, yes, I do have strong interest in creating something for the Xbox 360. In the US and Europe, it is selling, and I think it will sell a lot this year as well. I'm a fan of Gears of War as well, it's very interesting. MGS4 is actually for the PS3 only so far.
oh yea, They also said''If 360 version comes into play it will not change the PS3 version.
btw, not saying ES wont come, but u cant sit there say it willf or fact.. I also love how so many PS3 fanbots dissed the game now with this news, they want it? ahahaha
