It looks like that the microsoft silence is really hearting, 360 failed to top a last generation console in sale microsoft should announce some new games at E3 well if nothing is announced then Oh GOD i don't even wanna say that.

Nice undercover work you dont post any thing then we find out its JAPANESE sales and the system was just dropped to teh 99 dollar equivilent in japan...so no wonder it increased in sales.

360 all ready succeeded in japan by outselling the original xbox in about 2 and a half years.

Of course this is a know brainer, I'm actually shocked that they're making current games for Playstation II. I thought that was obsolete, but this is Japan where talking about, their biggest companies are Nintendo, and Sony. While in America it's just Sony and Microsoft. True fact. Lol.

as well ps2 or ps3 not being from this region means nothing since unlike the 360 which is pretty much wholey owned american, the sony brands aren't solely and exclusive japanese owned and processed.

PS2 is a beast :)

The way I see it is that no gaming console will reach the sales PS2 managed to pull in its lifetime..

wii is essentially last gen technology so you got face palmed lol ,

It only matter in Japan or the odd month where the PS3 sales are better than the 360 sales. Except from that then according to the cows sales dont matter.

The only thing MS can do is keep on chipping away at Japan with slight increases in console sales every gen. The PS brand is far to strong for the 360 to replace it in Japan anytime soon.

i said gaming console, which doesnt include handhelds.. Surely both DS & Wii are doing great but i dont see Wii reaching PS2 in terms of sales.. i might be wrong though its not like i have a working Crystal Ball.. (apparently Ebay finished its stock, darn SW posters got them all before me:P )
